TERM stands for the Minimum length of stay that is required for the unit. "M" is for Month. "Y" is for Year. The number before the letter is for how many months or years. For example, "1Y" means that the unit has a minimum stay requirement of one year.
WDC stand for "washer and dryer connections" If washer and dryer connections are available on site or if there is a laundry facility on site then you will see a Y, meaning, "Yes, they are available."
UTIL stands for which utilities are included in the rent. In other words, if you see a toilet and the trash pile pictures, then the landlord will only pay for the unit's sewer and garbage utilities. If you do not see the symbols below then those utilities are not included, and you'll need to pay for those utilities yourself.
